- Introduction (5 mins)

Have students practice tracing the uppercase and lowercase letter Q. Provide worksheets with dotted lines for them to follow. Emphasize the shape of the letter and how to form it correctly. While they trace, say the sound that Q makes. - Q is for Quarter (10 mins)
Show students a real quarter. Explain that the word 'quarter' starts with the letter Q. Discuss the concept of a quarter as part of a whole (connecting to the fractions activity shown in the video). Explain that if you have four quarters, you have one whole dollar. - Question Time! (10 mins)
Prepare simple questions on popsicle sticks, as demonstrated in the video (e.g., 'What is your favorite color?', 'What is your favorite animal?'). Ask each student a question and encourage them to answer in complete sentences. Focus on the interaction and fun of asking and answering. - Quiet Time Activity (10 mins)
