- Introduction (5 mins)
Greet the students and introduce the letter 'S'. Ask if anyone knows any words that start with 'S'. - Video Viewing (5 mins)
Play the 'Alphabet Songs - The Letter S' video. Encourage students to sing along and shout out the words when prompted. - Word Review (10 mins)
After the video, review each word presented: swing, snowman, sports car, snail, spaghetti, snake, submarine, soldier, sun. Show flashcards or images of each object. Have the students repeat the word after you. Discuss the object. For example: 'A swing is something we play on at the park!' - Interactive Game (10 mins)
Play a simple game like 'I Spy' using the 'S' words. For example: 'I spy something that's long and slithery and starts with S!'. Guide the students to guess 'Snake'. - Creative Activity (10 mins)
Provide drawing materials (crayons, paper). Have the students draw their favorite 'S' word object. Encourage them to write the letter 'S' or the word next to their drawing with assistance.
