After the video, discuss the words from the song that start with 'L': Lori, load, lemons, lovely, luscious, lemon pie, lemonade, Leo, lazy, lion, lie, lizard, leg, leapt, lollipops, ladybugs, lucky, love, laughter. Show pictures of each item and explain what they are. - Letter L Activity (10 mins)
Have students create their own 'L' picture. They can draw a large 'L' on a piece of paper and then draw or paste pictures of things that start with 'L' inside the letter (e.g., lion, lollipop, leaf). Help them label their pictures. - Letter L Sound Practice (5 mins)
