Focus on the suffix '-ness'. Discuss how it turns adjectives into nouns (descriptions into things). Provide more examples like 'sad' becoming 'sadness' and 'dark' becoming 'darkness'. Have students generate their own words with '-ness'. - Exploring the Suffix '-ful' (10 mins)
