Educator Instructions
- Introduction (5 mins)
Teacher will play the video. Before starting, teacher will ask students if they like apples and what they know about them. Teacher will remind students to listen carefully to the video. - Reading Sentences (10 mins)
Teacher will pause the video after each sentence about apples. Students will repeat the sentence after the video teacher. Teacher will emphasize key words like 'red', 'yellow', 'green', 'fruits', and 'trees'. Teacher can write words on the whiteboard. - Apple Parts (10 mins)
When the video discusses the parts of the apple, teacher will pause it. The teacher will draw an apple on the board and label the skin, flesh, stem, seeds, and leaf with the help of the class. - Discussion and Wrap-up (5 mins)
Teacher leads a discussion about apples, asking students what they learned. Teacher summarizes the key facts: apples grow on trees, come in different colors, and have different parts.
