After watching the video, ask students what they learned about the numbers 20-29. Discuss how each number is made up of tens and ones. - Activity: Counting with Objects (15 mins)
Give each student a set of 29 small objects (e.g., counters, blocks, or beads). Have them practice counting out different numbers between 20 and 29. For example, ask them to count out 23 objects. Then, ask them how many tens and how many ones are in 23 (2 tens and 3 ones). - Writing Numbers (10 mins)
Give each student a worksheet with the numbers 20-29 written in order. Have them trace the numbers and then practice writing them on their own.
