    Go through each number word from zero to ten. Write the numeral on the board. Then, write the word. Have the students repeat after you. Then, have students write each number word 3 times on a piece of paper. Focus on correct spelling.
  • Independent Practice (8 mins)
    Provide a worksheet where students match numerals (0-10) with their written number words. Alternatively, have students write the number word for a given numeral.
