Begin by explaining that today's lesson combines math and fitness! Watch the 'This or That: Math Madness Brain Game' video. Explain that they will solve addition and subtraction problems and then do a specific exercise that matches the answer. - Guided Practice (15 mins)
Play the video again, pausing after each math problem. Have the students solve the problem on a whiteboard or piece of paper. After they solve it, ask them which exercise corresponds to their answer. Do the exercise together as a class. - Independent Practice (10 mins)
