Write the numbers 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 on the board. Point to each number as you and the class count together by 10s. Have students practice skip counting independently or in pairs. - Activity: Number Line Jump (10 mins)
Create a number line on the floor with masking tape, marking numbers 0-100 (every 10). Have students take turns jumping from 0 to 10, 10 to 20, and so on, while saying the numbers aloud. This makes learning fun and interactive. - Wrap Up (5 mins)
