Begin by asking students what they think a 'habitat' is. Write their ideas on the board. Explain that a habitat is like an animal's home. Introduce the video by Dr. Binocs. - Video Viewing (5 mins)
Play the 'HABITAT OF ANIMALS | Classification Of Animals On Habitat | The Dr Binocs Show | Peekaboo Kidz' video. - Discussion (10 mins)
After the video, discuss the different types of habitats Dr. Binocs showed. Ask students to name animals that live in each habitat. Write the habitats and animals on the board. - Activity: Habitat Sorting (15 mins)
Provide students with pictures of different animals. Have them sort the animals into two groups: 'Aquatic Habitat' and 'Land Habitat'. They can work individually or in small groups. - Wrap-up (5 mins)
Review the definition of habitat and the different types of habitats. Ask students what they learned about animal homes.
